Yes. You may transfer your domain to another registrar at any time, subject to any outstanding account obligations being settled.
We will provide the necessary domain transfer authorization information, such as the transfer/EPP code, when applicable.
No. Once the required transfer information has been provided, the customer is responsible for completing and approving the transfer with the new domain provider.
No. A domain transfer only transfers the domain registration. Website files, databases, email accounts, hosting, SSL certificates, and DNS settings do not automatically transfer.
Once the transfer and/or handover is completed, the customer and their new provider are fully responsible for managing and maintaining the website and related services.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the website and DNS settings are properly configured with the new provider.
Email services may be affected if DNS or email records are not properly configured. The customer is responsible for setting up and maintaining email services with the new provider.
No. Once the domain has been successfully transferred to another provider, we are no longer responsible for the domain, DNS, hosting, email, SSL, website availability, or related services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We can provide the required domain information and reasonable guidance. Any additional technical work or website migration services may be subject to separate fees.
All outstanding invoices and account obligations must be settled before the domain transfer information is released.
